摘要
目的探究健康干预对糖尿病病情控制的护理效果。方法从2013年10月—2017年10月选取48例糖尿病患儿,进行回顾性分析,根据护理方式的不同,将患儿分成两组,观察组和对照组,每组24例,其中对照组为常规护理方式。观察组为健康干预护理方式。观察比较两组糖尿病患儿的护理效果。结果采用健康干预护理的观察组患儿,空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于对照组,并且观察组患儿的糖化血红蛋白明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康干预对糖尿病病情控制有显著的效果,能够延缓病情进展,提高患儿的生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of health intervention in nursing of diabetes in children.Methods 48 cases of diabetes children from October 2013 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 24 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing method,while the observation group used the healthy intervention nursing method, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health intervention in controlling the diabetes can produce an obvious effect, which can prolong the disease progress, and improve the quality of life of children.
