摘要
目的分析改良小切口手术治疗糖尿病合并甲状腺腺瘤的临床效果。方法 2013年6月—2017年5月于该院收治的糖尿病合并甲状腺腺瘤患者中选取98例,以手术方式为依据,将其分为两组,对照组患者手术方式为传统甲状腺切除术,观察组患者手术方式为改良小切口手术,对比两组患者的临床疗效、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术出血量、住院时间与手术时间分别为(50.02±12.02)mL、(5.32±1.22)d、(48.02±7.12)min,优于对照组的(89.68±14.56)mL、(9.75±1.46)d、(65.28±10.46)min(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.12%,相较于对照组的22.45%更低(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并甲状腺腺瘤患者采用改良小切口手术治疗的临床疗效显著,能够获得确切的治疗效果,对患者术后恢复进行有效促进,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified small-incision operation in treatment of diabetes combined with thyroid adenoma. Methods 98 cases of patients with diabetes combined with thyroid adenoma admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group were treated with traditional thyroid resection surgery, while the observation group were treated with modified small-incision surgery, and the clinical curative effect, intraoperative bleeding amount, and operation time, length of stay and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount, length of stay and operation time in the observation group were better than those in the control group[（50.02±12.02）m L,（5.32±1.22）d,（48.02±7.12）min vs（89.68±14.56）m L,（9.75±1.46）d,（65.28±10.46） min（P〈0.05）], and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（6.12% vs 22.45%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified small-incision surgery in treatment of patients with diabetes combined with thyroid adenoma can produce an obvious clinical curative effect, which can obtain a definite treatment effect, thus promoting the recovery of patients after surgery, and it is worth promotion.
