摘要
目的探讨麝香保心丸治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的效果。方法选取该科2016年6月—2017年6月收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者102例,随机分为2组各51例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予麝香保心丸,比较疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90.2%,明显优于对照组78.4%(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖(5.38±0.32)mmol/L、心绞痛发作次数(2.3±0.7)次/周、持续时间(2.1±0.5)min明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并冠心病患者应用麝香保心丸治疗,可有效恢复对心肌的供血供氧,改善血管内皮细胞功能,改善预后,值得应用。
Objective To study the effect of shexiang baoxin pills in treatment of diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods 102 cases of diabetes and coronary heart disease patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each, the control group used the routine therapy, while the observation group were treated with shexiang baoxin pills on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（90.2% vs 78.4%）（P0.05）, and the fasting blood glucose, angina attack frequency, and duration in the observation group were respectively（5.38±0.32） mmol/L,（2.3±0.7）times/week and（2.1 ±0.5） min, which were obviously shorter than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of shexiang baoxin pills in treatment of diabetes and coronary heart disease can effectively recover the blood supply and oxygen blood and improve the function of vascular endothelial cells and prognosis, and it is worth application.
