摘要
目的观察甲状腺功能亢进合并亚急性肝衰竭患者常规护肝治疗(对照组)和在常规护肝治疗基础上施予^(131)碘(^(131)I)治疗后序贯人工肝治疗(治疗组)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析已明确诊断为甲状腺功能亢进合并亚急性肝衰竭35例患者采取常规护肝治疗和在常规护肝治疗基础上施予131I治疗后序贯人工肝治疗疗效比较及甲状腺激素恢复情况。结果对照组16例患者治疗1个月后甲状腺激素水平较治疗前无明显下降,10例患者死亡,治疗组19例患者治疗1个月后甲状腺激素水平较治疗前明显下降,4例患者死亡,治疗组的死亡率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺功能亢进合并亚急性肝衰竭在常规护肝治疗上施予^(131)I治疗后序贯人工肝治疗可提高患者生存率,快速降低甲状腺激素水平。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of conventional liver protection（control group） and sequential artificial liver therapy after 131Iodine（131Ⅰ treatment） based on the conventional liver protection in hypertensive patients with subacute liver failure. Methods The comparison of therapeutic effects of routine hepatoprotective therapy and sequential artificial liver therapy after 131Iodine（131Ⅰ treatment） based on the conventional liver protection and the thyroid hormone recovery situation in 35 patients diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and subacute hepatic failure were retrospectively analyzed. Results The thyroid hormone of 16 patients in the control group did not decrease after one month of treatment compared with that before treatment, and 10 patients died. Thyroid hormone levels in 19 patients in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment for one month compared with that before treatment and 4patients died. The mortality of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sequential artificial liver treatment after 131 I treatment in patients with hyperthyroidism and subacute hepatic failure treated with conventional hepatoprotective therapy can improve the survival rate of patients and rapidly reduce the level of thyroid hormone.
