摘要 目的探究心理护理及健康教育在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法收集2017年4—12月我院200例糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用心理护理、健康教育,比较两组护理效果。结果 (1)护理后观察组患者空腹血糖(4.3±0.9)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(6.7±1.1)mmol/L,优于对照组,P<0.05。(2)观察组健康知识得分(34.0±5.9)分,对照组健康知识得分(25.5±4.2)分,P<0.05。结论心理护理及健康教育在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著。 Object ive To explore the appl icat ion effect of psychological nursing and health education in elderly diabetic patients. Methods 200 cases of diabetes from April to December2017 were collected and randomly divided into two groups, The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received psychological nursing and health education on the basis of the control group, The nursing effect was compared. Results(1)After the nursing, the fasting blood glucose in the observation group was(4.3±0.9) mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level was(6.7±1.1) mmol/L, which were significantly better than those in the control group.(2)The score of health knowledge in the observation group was(34.0±5.9), while in the control group, the score of health knowledge was(25.5±4.2), P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of psychological nursing and health education in elderly diabetic patients is significant.
