摘要 冷却水塔随用冷量及季节变化调节频繁,根据永磁调速技术的工作原理、特点,将其应用于冷却水塔的改造,在风机固定的情况下,调速使风机工作在高效区,对比改造前后效果,表明了永磁调速技术在冷却水塔风机生产中运行简便,能耗减少,系统运行安全、经济。 With the change of cooling tower cooling capacity and seasonal adjustment frequently, according to the working principle of permanent magnet speed control technology, the paper applies it to the cooling tower. Under the condition that the fan is fixed, the speed regulation makes the fan work in the high efficiency zone, compares the effects before and after the transformation, it shows that the permanent magnet speed regulation technology is easy to operate in the cooling water tower fan production, the energy consumption is reduced, the system runs safely and the economy.
