Intervention study of reality therapy on coping style of middle school students in divorced families

摘要 目的通过现实疗法对离异家庭中学生应对方式的干预,探讨现实疗法对离异家庭中学生心理问题的干预作用。方法抽取离异家庭学生(离异家庭组)和正常家庭学生(正常家庭组)各60人,采用中学生特质焦虑影响因素问卷(IIFTAS)和中学生应对方式量表(CSSMSS)进行评定。从离异家庭组中随机抽取30人(试验组)进行现实疗法心理干预,于干预前及干预后第2、3、4周末采用IIFTAS、CSSMSS进行测查。结果正常家庭组CSSMSS问题解决、积极合理化解释因子分均高于离异家庭组(P<0.05)。正常家庭组CSSMSS发泄情绪因子分低于离异家庭组(P<0.01)。干预前后试验组IIFTAS社会不良影响、自卑倾向和人际关系困扰因子分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前后试验组CSSMSS问题解决、寻求社会支持、积极合理化解释和逃避因子分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现实疗法对于改善离异家庭中学生的焦虑情绪、掌握积极的应对方式有明显效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of reality therapy on psychological problems of middle school students in divorced families through the intervention of reality therapy on coping style of these students. Methods A total of 60 students from divorced families( divorce group) and 60 students from normal families( control group) were selected. Questionnaire on influencing factors of trait anxiety in middle school students( IIFTAS) and Middle school students ' Coping Style Scale( CSSMSS) were assessed. A total of 30 students( study group) were randomly selected from the divorce group and were intervened by reality therapy. IIFTAS and CSSMSS were assessed at baseline and on the 2 nd,3 rd,4 thweekends after intervention.Results The scores of problem solving and positive rationalized explanation factors of CSSMSS in control group were significantly higher( P〈0. 05) while the score of emotion abreact factor was significantly lower( P〈0. 01) than those in divorce group.There were significantly difference in the scores of adverse social impact,inferiority tendency and interpersonal disturbance factors of IIFTAS( P〈0. 05),and the scores of problem solving,seeking social support,positive rationalized explanation and evasion factors of CSSMSS( P〈0. 05) before and after intervention in study group. Conclusion Reality therapy was effective on relieving anxiety and developing positive coping style of middle school students in divorced families.
