摘要
在低油价环境下工程项目投资是制约边际油气田能否成功开发的关键。结合边际油气田实际开发中遇到的具体问题,总结了南海西部在边际油气田开发及项目调整实施过程中在新型导管架结构、加挂井槽及海管等方面积累的一系列有效控制成本、提高效益的工程创新技术,如三直腿三裙桩新型导管架,内、外挂井槽及外挂井口架,国产软管,电力组网等。详细论述了上述工程创新技术在南海西部边际油气田开发具体工程项目中的应用情况及取得的经济效益。本文研究成果可为进一步降低工程投资成本,促进更多边际油气田开发提供参考。
Under a low oil price environment,the determinant constraint on the successful development of marginal oil and gas fields is the investment on the engineering projects.With reference to the concrete problems encountered in the development of marginal oil and gas fields,a summary of engineering innovative technology series applicable to effectively control costs and enhance profits have been made,which was accumulated during the marginal oil and gas field development and project adjustment and implementation process from the aspects of new-type jacket structure,adding well slots,subsea pipelines,and so on.These technologies include the jacket structure with three straight legs and three skirt piles,internal and external adding well slots and external wellhead support structure,domestic hoses,and power grid interlink.Besides,this paper demonstrates in detail the application of the above engineering innovative technologies in the concrete engineering projects of marginal oil and gas field development in western South China Sea and economic profits achieved.The research in this paper can provide reference for the further slash of engineering investment costs and promotion of the development of more marginal oil and gas fields.
