摘要
目的:探讨单操作孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床价值。方法:应用单操作孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术加淋巴结清扫治疗非小细胞肺癌患者48例(单操作孔组),并收集行传统胸腔镜手术(3孔法)的非小细胞肺癌41例(对照组),比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组手术时间、出血量、拔管时间、术后住院天数、手术并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:单操作孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗非小细胞肺癌,能达到传统胸腔镜手术相同的治疗效果,并且能避免多余切口对胸壁的损伤,进一步减少手术创伤,具有一定的临床优势,是安全有效的肺癌手术方式。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of non-small cell lung cancer treated by radical resection of lung cancer under single operated thoracoscopy.Methods：48 cases of non-small cell lung cancer treated with uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy and lymph node dissection were selected（the single operation hole group）.41 cases of non-small cell lung cancer treated with traditional thoracoscopic surgery were selected（the control group）.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in operative time,bleeding volume,extubation time,postoperative hospitalization days and incidence of operative complications between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Single operation hole thoracoscopic lung cancer radical resection for non-small cell lung cancer can achieve the same effect of traditional thoracoscopic surgery.It can avoid the damage of redundant incisions to chest wall,further reduce surgical trauma,and had certain clinical advantages,and it was a safe and effective way of lung cancer surgery.
