摘要
目的:研究显微支撑喉镜手术治疗喉部良性肿瘤的作用。方法:收治喉部良性肿瘤患者116例,分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用显微支撑喉镜手术治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组生活质量较对照组高,观察组治疗总有效率98.28%,高于对照组的79.31%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:显微支撑喉镜手术对治疗喉部良性肿瘤安全、有效,有利于患者康复。
Objective：To study the curative effect of microsurgical laryngoscope surgery in the treatment of laryngeal benign tumors.Methods：116 patients with benign laryngeal tumors were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with microsurgical laryngoscope surgery,and the control group were treated with convention treatment.We observed the effect.Results：After treatment,the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was 98.28%,which was higher than 79.31% of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Microlaryngoscope surgery is safe and effective for laryngeal benign tumors,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
