摘要
目的:探讨微创介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理方法。方法:收治单节段腰椎间盘突出症患者206例,分析患者术前、术中、术后相关护理方法。结果:206例患者都手术成功。术后感染3例,感觉障碍1例,肢体瘫痪0,腰椎间盘再次突出0。疗效优秀率98.54%。患者对治疗效果和护理质量都感满意,无任何医患纠纷发生。结论:科学、有效的护理方式能有效保证患者治疗和康复效果,消除患者紧张、恐惧的心理,提高治疗满意度。
Objective：To explore the clinical nursing of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated with minimally invasive interventional therapy.Methods：206 patients with single segment protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc were selected.We analyzed the related nursing methods before,during and after the operation.Results：All 206 patients were operated successfully.There were 3 cases of postoperative infection,1 case of sensory disturbance,0 case of limb paralysis and 0 case of re protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc.The excellent rate of curative effect was 98.54%.The patients were satisfied with the effect of the treatment and the quality of nursing,and there was no medical dispute.Conclusion：The scientific and effective nursing methods can effectively guarantee the effect of the patients’ treatment and rehabilitation,eliminate the patient’s nervous fear and improve the satisfaction of the treatment.
