摘要
目的:探讨临床收治的阴道炎患者应用臭氧冲洗与整体、全面的护理干预联合方案治疗临床价值及预后改善情况。方法:收治阴道炎患者100例,随机平分为两组。对照组采用常规阴道冲洗与相应护理方案联合治疗,观察组采用臭氧冲洗与整体、全面护理干预方案联合治疗,对效果和预后展开对比。结果:观察组总有效率98%,明显高于对照组的82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对阴道炎患者,应用臭氧冲洗联合整体、全面护理干预方案治疗,可显著提高总有效率。
Objective：To explore the clinical value and prognosis of ozone irrigation and holistic and comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods：100 patients with vaginitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with the combination of routine vaginal irrigation and corresponding nursing.The observation group was treated with the combination of ozone irrigation and holistic and comprehensive nursing intervention.The effect and prognosis were compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 98%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 82%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For the patients with vaginitis,the use of ozone irrigation combined with overall and comprehensive nursing intervention treatment can significantly improve the overall efficiency of medical care.
