摘要
目的:探究牙周基础治疗对钙拮抗剂类药物性牙龈增生的疗效。方法:收治钙拮抗剂导致的牙龈增生患者12例,均予以牙周基础治疗,并记录治疗前与治疗后30 d、90 d、180 d牙龈增生指数、牙周探诊深度、出血指数、菌斑指数。结果:12例患者顺利完成为期180 d的观察。180 d的观察期内,患者的菌斑指数、出血指数、探诊深度均有持续减轻,且牙龈增生指数也得到了持续改善,各项指标与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对药物性牙龈增生患者行牙周基础治疗,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量,利于患者康复。
Objective：To investigate the effect of periodontal basic therapy on calcium antagonist drug induced gingival hyperplasia.Methods：12 patients with gingival hyperplasia caused by calcium antagonists were selected.All of them were treated with periodontal foundation treatment.The gingival proliferation index,periodontal detection depth,bleeding index and plaque index before and after basic periodontal treatment of 30 d,90 d and 180 d were recorded,12 patients successfully completed a 180 d observation.Results：During the observation period of 180 d,the patients’ plaque index,bleeding index,and the depth of detection were continuously reduced.The gingival proliferation index was also improved continuously,and the difference between the indexes and pre treatment was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Periodontal basic treatment for patients with drug-induced gingival hyperplasia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and help patients recover.
