摘要
目的研究《住院患者跌倒风险因素评估表》对神经内科风险管理的作用。方法观察2015年6月—2017年6月收治的90例神经内科住院患者跌倒情况,以不使用《住院患者跌倒风险因素评估表》为对照,分析观察组使用《住院患者跌倒风险因素评估表》价值,比较两组患者对护理工作的满意情况,及跌倒情况。结果两组共17例患者跌倒,其中观察组仅占3例,跌倒率6.67%,对照组占14例,跌倒率31.11%,观察组满意度95.56%,优于对照组的80.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论《住院患者跌倒风险因素评估表》应用于神经内科管理安全可行,避免患者跌倒,提高满意度。
Objective To research the effect of evaluation table of falling risk factors of inpatients in the risk management in the department of neurology. Methods The falling situation of 90 cases of inpatients in the department of neurology from June 2015 to June 2017 was observed, and the use value of evaluation table of falling risk factors of inpatients was analyzed,and the satisfactory situation and falling situation of the two groups to the nursing work was compared. Results There were17 cases falling in the two groups, including 3 cases in the observation group and 14 cases in the control group, and the falling rates were respectively 6.67% and 31.11%, and the satisfactory degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group（95.56% vs 80.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of evaluation table of falling risk factors of inpatients in the risk management in the department of neurology is safe and feasible, which can avoid the falling of patients and improve the satisfactory degree.
