摘要
目的研究分析科学的手术室护理管理方法 ,及其对控制医院感染的临床效果。方法 2014年1月—2017年1月间按相应研究标准选取120例在该院接受手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,以手术室护理管理方法为依据,将患者分成对照组(60例)与观察组(60例)。其中,对照组采用常规护理管理方法,观察组在常规护理管理基础上增加使用更加系统化、全面化的优质化护理管理。结果不同管理模式下,观察组空气菌落数、手菌落数明显优于对照组;另外,观察组患者感染发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组患者的15.0%(P<0.05)。结论优质化手术室护理管理能够有效降低、控制医院感染发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To research and analyze the nursing management method in the operation room and clinical effect of controlling the hospital infection. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017 120 cases of operation patients were selected in our hospital according to the corresponding research standards, and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according to the nursing management method in the operation room, the control group used the routine nursing management method, while the observation group increased the more systematical and comprehensive and excellent nursing management on the basis of the control group. Results The numbers of air colonies and hand colonies in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group under different management models, besides, the incidence rate of infection in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（3.3% vs 15.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing management in the operation room can effectively reduce and control the incidence rate of hospital infection,which is worth clinical promotion.
