摘要
目的分析妇产科护理管理中不安全因素,总结相应的对策。方法选取该院妇产科2016年5月—2017年6月收诊的150例患者,总结发生的不安全时间,分析发生这种情况的不安全因素,探讨相应的解决策略,对比开展对策前后患者对护理服务的满意度,使用统计学软件分析。结果开展护理措施前,满意86例、一般满意46例、不满意18例,满意度88.00%;满意101例、一般满意45例、不满意4例,满意度为97.33%(P<0.05)。结论护理过程中的不安全因素对护理质量有着直接的影响,积极发现护理管理中存在的不安全因素,采取相应的措施避免,对于提高护理质量、保证患者的安全有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the unsafe factors and research the strategies of nursing management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 150 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected, the unsafe time was summarized, and the unsafe factors were analyzed, and the corresponding solutions were studies, and the satisfactory degree of patients to the nursing services were compared before and after the development of strategies for statistical analysis. Results Before the development of nursing measures, 86 cases were satisfactory, 46 cases were satisfied in general, 18 cases were unsatisfied, and the satisfactory degree was 88.00%; after the development, 101 cases were satisfactory, 45 cases were satisfied in general, 4 cases were unsatisfied, and the satisfactory degree was 97.33%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The unsafe factors in the nursing course have a direct effect on the nursing quality, and the active discovery of the unsafe factors in the nursing management and using the corresponding measures is of great significance to improving the nursing quality and ensuring the safety.
