摘要
目的调查该院N1护士文化照护能力,分析存在问题探讨解决方法。方法选择该院临床各科室2016年N1护士50名作为调查对象,采用霍苗设计的文化照护能力调查表,在该院2016年N1护士读书报告会上发放问卷进行调查。结果 50例调查问卷全部回收,回收率100.00%(50/50),文化照护意识评分42~85分,平均(64.56±7.25)分;文化照护知识29~64分,平均(47.09±6.62)分;文化照护技能65~94分,平均(84.17±8.23)分,3组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),文化照护技能评分>文化照护意识>文化照护知识(P<0.05)。文化照护意识标准分集中在60~69分(46.00%)、70~79分(32.00%);文化照护知识标准分集中在<60分(22.00%)、60~69分(56.00%);文化照护技能标准分集中在70~79分(46.00%)、≥80分(46.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该院N1护士文化照护技能水平较高,具有一定程度的文化照护意识,但文化照护知识水平较低,需要护理管理者加大重视程度,实施针对性培训方,从而提升医院N1护理人员的文化照护能力。
Objective To investigate the culture care ability of N1 nurses in our hospital and analyze the existing problems thus studying the solutions. Methods 50 eases of N1 nurses in 2016 in various departments in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and surveyed by the cultural care ability questionnaire designed by Huomiao, and the questionnaire was issued for survey in the reading report meeting of N1 nurses in 2016. Results 50 eases of questionnaires were recycled, and the recycle rate was 100.00%(50/50), the cultural care awareness score was 42 to 85points,(64.56±7.25)points on average, and the cultural care knowledge was 29 to 64points,(47.09±6.62)points on average, and the cultural care skill was 65 to 94points,(84.17±8.23)points on average, and the differences between the three groups were obvious (P〈0.05), and the cultural care skill score〉cultural care awareness 〉 cultural care knowledge(P〈0.05), and the standardized scale of cultural care awareness was 60 to 69points (46.00%)and 70 to 79points (32.00%), and the standardized score of cultural care knowledge was〈60points(22.00%),60 to 69points(56.00%), and the standardized score of cultural care skill was 70 to 79points(46.00%), ≥80points(46.00%), with obvious differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion The cultural care skill level of N1 nurses in our hospital is higher, with a certain cultural care awareness, but the cultural care knowledge level is lower, which needs the nursing managers increase the attention, and implement the targeted training method thus improving the cultural care ability of N1 nursing staff in our hospital.
