摘要
目的探讨对中医院骨伤科护士实施分层级护理管理后工作效率的提升效果。方法于2017年4—6月对中医院20名骨伤科护士实施分层级护理管理,并将2017年1—3月实施常规护理管理的效果作为对照。对比实施前后护理人员自我效能感、工作压力与负担评分,并在2个时间段内各随机选取200例患者统计对比满意度。结果实施后护理人员自我效能感远高于实施前(P<0.05),且其工作压力与负担评分远低于实施前(P<0.05);实施后所选患者的护理满意度分布情况及总满意率与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层级护理管理能够提升中医院骨伤科护士的工作效率,提升自我效能感,减轻工作压力与负担,且还可改善患者的满意度。
Objective To study the effect of hierarchical nursing management on the working efficacy of nurses in the department of orthopedics and traumatology in the hospital of TCM. Methods 20 cases of nurses in the department of orthopedics and traumatology in the hospital of TCM admitted and treated from April 2017 to June 2017 were selected and used the hierarchical nursing management, and the control group from January 2017 to March 2017 used the routine nursing management, and the self-efficacy, and work pressure and burden of nursing staff before and after the implementation were compared, and 200 cases of patients in the two time phases were randomly selected for comparison. Results After the implementation, the self-efficacy of nursing staff was much higher than that before the implementation(P0.05), and the work pressure and burden scores were much lower than those before the implementation(P0.05), and the differences in the distribution of nursing satisfactory degree and total satisfactory rate between the two groups after the implementation were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical nursing management can improve the working efficacy of nurse in the department of orthopedics and traumatology, improve the self-efficacy, relieve the working pressure and burden and improve the satisfactory degree of patients.
