摘要
本文以我公司新研发的GMP1-3032数控冲为对象,对其特点和工作原理进行了阐述,对机身部分、换模系统、X/Y轴送料系统、液压系统和数控系统五大关键部件的特点进行了分析研究,总结出数控冲是一种结构复杂、配置齐全、技术优越,集机、电、液为一体的高集成度的多轴联动自动钣金冲压设备。随着社会的发展与进步,数控冲将成为未来多品种、小批量和单件生产钣金件的主流加工产品,并具有良好的市场前景。
The GMP1-3032 CNC turret punch press has been taken as the research object in the text. The characteristics and working principle of GMP1-3032 CNC turret punch press have been described. The characteristics of the five key components including frame, die changing system, the feeding system of X/Y axis, hydraulic system, and the CNC system have been analyzed and studied. It is summarized that the CNC turret punch press is a multi-axis automatic sheet metal punching machine which integrates mechanical,electrical, and hydraulic components with complex structure, complete configuration, and superior technology.With the development and progress of society, the CNC punch press will become the mainstream processing machine for sheet metal parts with multiple varieties, small batches and single pieces in the future, which has a good market prospect.
