基于模糊层次分析的船舶通航风险评估系统设计

摘要 船舶系统是我国海上运输领域中非常重要的部分,其安全性一直是船舶工程领域研究的重要内容。通过对船舶通航风险进行评估,能够发现船舶运行过程中存在的各种不安因素,加强船舶运行的安全性,提高船舶运行效率。基于此,论文从层次分析法入手,对船舶通航的风险评估体系设计方面展开了讨论。希望此论述能够为我国船舶通航风险评估体系研究的相关人员提供有价值的参考。 Ship system is a very important part of the field of marine transportation in our country. Its safety has always been an important content in the research of the ship engineering. Through the evaluation of the ship navigation risk, we can find various disturbing factors in the operation of the ship, so as to strengthen the safety of ship operation and improve the efficiency of ship operation. Based on this, starting from the analytic hierarchy process, the paper discusses the design of the assessment system of ship navigation risk. It is hoped that this discussion can provide valuable reference for the relevant personnel of researching the assessment system of ship navigation risk in China.
