摘要
目的 :探讨血液透析中电导率精确测量的几项技术保证,以保障患者的治疗安全。方法 :针对电导率在血液透析过程中的重要性,分析电导率监测的现状及电导率检测仪的应用,提出血液透析中电导率精确测量的技术保证。结果:电导率的电解质分析验证、电导率检测仪的校准、合适的温度补偿、克服电极极化和可溶性气体的影响是实现电导率精确测量的关键。结论:血液透析中电导率的精确测量需要一系列的技术支持和保证,只有确保其精准可靠,才能为患者的生命健康保驾护航。
Objective To explore the technical assurance of accurate measurement of the conductivity in hemodialysis to enhance patient safety. Methods The present situation of monitoring the conductivity was analyzed in view of its importance during hemodialysis, the application of conductivity detector was discussed, and then some measures were put forward for the the technical assurance of conductivity measurement. Results The assurance measures included electrolyte analysis and verification, calibration of conductivity detector, proper temperature compensation, elimination of electrode polarization and influences of soluble gas. Conclusion Technical assurance of accurate measurement of the conductivity contributes to enhancing the patient safety.
