摘要
长期以来,国内众多高校虽然在推进部门立卷归档的工作中花费了大量的精力和时间,然而实际效果并不理想。随着信息化时代的到来,档案管理软件开始得到广泛应用,高校部门立卷归档工作才得以取得较大突破。本文主要针对高校档案数字化管理问题,在分析现状的基础上,结合高校档案管理实际情况,提出了基于部门立卷归档流程的高校档案数字化管理系统的设计。
For a long time, many colleges and universities in China have spent a great deal of energy and time in pushing forward the filing work in their archives department, but the actual effect is not ideal. With the advent of the information age, the archives management software has been widely used, and the filing work of university archives departments has made a great breakthrough.Through the analysis of the present situation and the actual situation of archives management, this paper puts forward the design of the digitization management system of archives in colleges and universities based on the filing process of archives departments.
