摘要
目的探究应用横形微创切口Nice缝合法修复跟腱断裂疗效观察。方法选取该院2015年2月—2017年2月收治跟腱断裂者112例作为研究对象,根据患者缝合方式分为研究组和对照组,每组56例。对照组给予开放缝合术,研究组给予横形微创切口Nice缝合法。观察两组患者临床各项指标、术后并发症、临床疗效等。结果研究组治疗1个月后(72.14±1.02)分、3个月(78.44±1.34)分、6个月(85.47±2.84)分以及12个月(94.27±5.16)分踝关节功能均优于对照组[(70.11±4.21)分、(76.42±4.97)分、(76.14±20.65)分、(84.16±20.14)分]间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总治疗有效率为96.43%、术后并发症为3.57%优于对照组83.93%、12.50%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.822,P<0.05);研究组治疗一个月后、3个月、6个月以及12个月踝关节功能均优于对照组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组软组织感染2例,并发症发生率为3.57%;对照组软组织感染2例、再断裂5例,并发症发生率为12.50%(χ~2=5.396,P<0.05)。结论微创切口Nice缝合法治疗跟腱断裂可降低术后并发症,减少术后镇痛药物使用,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application of horizontal minimally invasive incision Nice suture repair of Achilles tendon rupture efficacy. Methods 112 patients with Achilles tendon rupture from February 3, 2015 to February 3, 2017 were selected as study objects. According to the patient＇s suture pattern, they were divided into study group and control group, 56 cases in each group. The control group was given open suture, and the study group was given a transverse minimally invasive incision Nice suture method. Observe the clinical indicators, postoperative com- plications, and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The ankle function was better in the study group after one month （72.14±1.02）points, 3 months （78.44±1.34）points, 6 months （85.47±2.84）points and 12 months （94.27±5.16）points than the control group [（70.11±4.21）points, （76.42±4.97）points, （76.14±20.65）points, （84.16±20.14）points] showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate was 96.43% in the study group and 3.57% af- ter the complication was better than the control group, 83.93%, 12.50%, the comparison showed statistical significance （X2=8.822,P〈0.05）; study group one month later, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months ankle joint function were better than the comparison between the control group showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）; 2 cases of soft tissue infection in the study group, the incidence of complications was 3.57%; 2 cases of soft tissue infection and 5 cases of rupture in the control group, the incidence of complications was 12.50%（X2=5.396, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive incision Nice suture treatment of Achilles tendon rupture can reduce postoperative complications, reduce the use of postopera- tive analgesic drugs, improve clinical efficacy, and is worthy of clinical application.
