摘要
干煤粉加压气化技术是比较成熟的煤气化技术,已在我国许多煤化工项目上投产使用。为了使干煤粉气化技术更稳定,本文对干煤粉气化装置的文丘里洗涤系统进行了优化研究,将洗涤塔内的洗涤水进行了分级处理,减少了激冷水循环水泵进口滤网和激冷水过滤器堵塞的次数,降低了激冷循环水中煤渣对管线、设备和激冷环的磨损,提高了装置的稳定性。
Dry pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology is a more mature gasification technology, it has been put into operation of coal liquefaction project in China. In order to make the dry pulverized coal gasification technology is more stable, optimization study on Venturi washing system of dry pulverized coal gasification equipment is carried out. Stage treatment of the washing water in the washing tower is used, which reduces the times of clogging of chilled water circulating pump inlet filter and chilled water filter. The wear on pipeline, equipment and quench ring of coal cinder in quench circulation water is also reduced, so that improves the stability of the device.
