摘要
目的观察阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合布地奈德治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)的临床效果。方法将80例CRS患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗,观察组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者生存质量各评分、鼻腔黏液纤毛传输时间及黏液纤毛清除率均明显优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合布地奈德治疗CRS临床效果显著,患者生存质量、鼻腔黏液纤毛清除功能改善明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid combined with budesonide on chronic rhinosinusitis（CRS）. Methods A total of 80 patients with CRS were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium, and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium combined with budesonide nasal nebulization. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life scores, mucociliary transport time（MTT） and mucociliary clearance rates in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium combined with budesonide in the treatment of CRS has significant clinical effects. It can significantly improve the quality of life and mucociliary clearance function of the patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
