摘要
目的观察交锁髓内钉联合阻挡钉技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2012年8月至2017年1月我院收治的胫骨远端闭合性骨折患者20例为研究对象,均采用交锁髓内钉联合阻挡钉技术治疗。术后随访观察切口、骨折愈合情况及患肢功能恢复情况,并按lowa踝关节功能评分系统评定疗效。结果所有患者随访时间为6~15个月,骨折均获得愈合,愈合时间为3~7个月。随访期间患者均无断钉、骨折延迟愈合、骨折不愈合及血管神经损伤等并发症发生。根据lowa踝关节功能评分系统,本研究患者踝关节功能评分:优15例、良4例、可l例,优良率为95.00%。结论采用交锁髓内钉配合阻挡钉技术治疗胫骨远端骨折,具有创伤小、并发症少、疗效确切等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail combined with blocking nail technique in distal tibial fracture. Methods From August 2012 to January 2017, 20 patients with distal tibial fracture in our hospital were enrolled as the study objects. All the patients were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail combined with blocking nail technique. The incision, fracture healing and functional recovery of the affected limb were observed after operation. The effect was assessed by Iowa ankle joint function scoring system. Results All the patients were followed up for6-15 months. The fracture was healed, and the healing time was 3-7 months. There were no complications such as broken nail, delayed union or nonunion, vascular and nerve injury during follow-up. According to the lowa ankle joint function scoring system, the excellent was 15 cases, pretty good was 4 cases, good was 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 95.00%.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail combined with blocking nail in distal tibial fracture has the advantages of less trauma, fewer complications and curative effect, which was worthy clinical application.
