摘要
本研究利用植物生长调节剂GA_3、CPPU和TDZ,设置5个不同组合和浓度处理,以清水为对照,对‘阳光玫瑰’的冬果进行无核化及膨大处理试验,同时检测果实成熟时植物生长调节剂残留。结果表明,第一次处理用25 mg/L GA_3+5 mg/L TDZ,7 d后30 mg/LGA_3+2 mg/L TDZ处理第二次效果最佳,能显著提高‘阳光玫瑰’冬果的单穗重及单粒重,且其固/酸值最大,试验中各处理均未检出残留。
'Shine Muscat' grapevine was conducted to study that the influences of different times, concentrations and combinations of plant growth regulators of GA_3, CPPU and TDZ, on the seedless and berry enlargement in winter fruits, and the residues of plant growth regulators after the fruit ripening were detected. The results showed that the treatment with 25 mg/L GA_3+5 mg/L TDZ during the first time, and second time with 30 mg/L GA_3+2 mg/L TDZ after 7 days had better enlargement effect, the value of soluble solid/acid was the highest too. Without residue was detected in each treatment.
