摘要
随着军队改革的不断深化,以往军队单位的劳务补贴发放管理规定已经无法适应今天军队医疗单位的发展。从2016年4月起,全军试行军队医疗岗位津贴制度,这对军队疗养院的经济管理制度提出了全新的要求,建立并实施绩效考核制度势在必行。文章介绍了军队疗养院实施绩效考核制度的意义及实施流程,分析了目前存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。
With the deepening of the military reform,the previously issued regulations on the administration of labor subsidies provided by military units can be suitable to the development status of military medical units today. Since April 2016,the army has stopped granting various kinds of overwork subsidies,which for the economic management system of military sanatorium a new requirement put just forward therefore coustructing implementing the performance check rules must be enforced. Through analyzing the significance of the performance appraisal system in military sanatorium and its implementation process,this paper analysed some existing problems and put forwards suggestions for improvement.
