高校创新创业教育多元化复合型师资队伍构建研究 被引量:14

摘要 构建多元化复合型师资队伍是创新创业教育对象和创新创业教育体系的需求,也是提高教师能力素质、推动毕业生更高质量创业就业的需求。创新创业教育师资队伍存在师资数量不足、结构类型单一、胜任创新创业教育能力不强等问题,这主要是由师资队伍的职能定位不准、内培与外引渠道不畅、培训体系与考核评价机制针对性不强等因素所致。高校应遵循系统性、协同性、融合性和多元化原则,构建和加强"专兼协同、分工明确、汇聚合力"的教学创新型专业教师队伍、技术技能型专职教师队伍、创业指导型兼职教师队伍。 Structure of multiple and inter-disciplinary teaching staff is requirement of college students and education system of innovation-based and entrepreneurship-oriented education,and also requirement of improving teacher's ability and of high quality obtaining employment. Primal problems existing in teaching staff of innovation-based and entrepreneurship-oriented education are lack of quantity,type single and poor teaching ability. The main reasons are inaccurate function orientation of teachers; unsmooth of internal education and external introduce talents,lack pertinence of training system,as well as lack pertinence of assessment and evaluation mechanism. The principles of system,harmony,integration and diversification should be abided by in order to build and strengthen teaching staff including professional teachers,full-time teachers and part-time teachers of innovation-based and entrepreneurship-oriented education.
