海上油田部分水解聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物浓度现场快速检测方法及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 传统淀粉-碘化镉法部分水解聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物浓度检测测试步骤繁琐,需要通风橱等大型设备,海上平台普遍不具备检测条件,只能采用"平台取样—船只运输—陆地化验"的测试模式,检测周期长、时效性差、测试成本高。为此,建立了注入端"差值定氮"及采出端"微滤膜-差值定氮"聚合物浓度检测方法,室内及现场应用均表明,该方法准确性高(相对误差<3%,相对标准偏差<2%)、测试简便快捷、设备轻巧便携,实现了海上聚合物浓度的现场快速检测。 To detect the mass concentration detection of HPAM polymer solution using routine starch-cadmium iodide possesses complicated testing steps and needs fume hood and other large equipment. The testing conditions are generally not available on the offshore platform,only the testing mode of " platform sampling-ship transportation-land test" is used,which has long testing period,poor timeliness and high test cost. For this reason,it is proposed to test polymer mass concentration using " differential nitrogen detection" method at injection end and using " microfiltration membrane-differential nitrogen detection at production end. The laboratory and field test results indicate that the test plan has high accuracy( relative error is less than 3%,relative standard deviation is less than 2%),simple test steps and portable equipment,which is successfully applied to the in-situ detection of polymer concentration.
