摘要
传统淀粉-碘化镉法部分水解聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物浓度检测测试步骤繁琐,需要通风橱等大型设备,海上平台普遍不具备检测条件,只能采用"平台取样—船只运输—陆地化验"的测试模式,检测周期长、时效性差、测试成本高。为此,建立了注入端"差值定氮"及采出端"微滤膜-差值定氮"聚合物浓度检测方法,室内及现场应用均表明,该方法准确性高(相对误差<3%,相对标准偏差<2%)、测试简便快捷、设备轻巧便携,实现了海上聚合物浓度的现场快速检测。
To detect the mass concentration detection of HPAM polymer solution using routine starch-cadmium iodide possesses complicated testing steps and needs fume hood and other large equipment. The testing conditions are generally not available on the offshore platform,only the testing mode of " platform sampling-ship transportation-land test" is used,which has long testing period,poor timeliness and high test cost. For this reason,it is proposed to test polymer mass concentration using " differential nitrogen detection" method at injection end and using " microfiltration membrane-differential nitrogen detection at production end. The laboratory and field test results indicate that the test plan has high accuracy( relative error is less than 3%,relative standard deviation is less than 2%),simple test steps and portable equipment,which is successfully applied to the in-situ detection of polymer concentration.
