摘要
海南电网为自平衡环形电网,电网结构薄弱、抵御台风等自然灾害能力较差,主力电源为煤电、核电,电源结构配置与负荷特性不匹配,调峰电源建设滞后,新能源快速发展,系统面临较大调峰压力。根据《海南"十三五"新能源与分布式能源规划》,对其新能源及分布式能源系统消纳能力进行计算分析,对电网消纳光伏等新能源总量进行测算。
