摘要
杜儿坪矿72909工作面上隅角瓦斯涌出量大,在瓦斯治理巷设计施工大直径钻孔替代工作面回风巷与瓦斯治理巷工作面横贯,埋设大直径瓦斯抽采管路,通过负压抽采上隅角瓦斯同时改变采空区瓦斯流动方向,使临近层涌出的瓦斯经抽采管路抽出地面,达到了治理综采工作面瓦斯的目的。同时利用大孔径钻孔代替瓦斯治理巷横贯,不仅施工周期短而且减少了横贯的工程费用,降低了劳动力,确保了安全生产。
There is a large amount of gas emission from the corner of Duerping mine's 72909 working face. The crosscut between return way and special drainage tunnel is replaced by large-diameter borehole,and the drainage pipeline is buried with negative pressure to drain gas from upper corners simultaneously,the flow direction of the gas in the goaf changed,so that the gas escaping from the adjacent layer is pumped out of the ground through the pumping pipelines,thus achieving the purpose of managing the gas in the fully mechanized coal mining face. The use of large diameter boreholes instead of gas traversing lanes not only shortens the construction period,but also reduces the cost of transversal engineering,reduces the labor force,and ensures safe production.
