摘要
以2015年8月17日~9月26日每隔10d取的5份白三叶种质乌市南山(A)、乌市南山(B)、昌吉(C)、呼图壁(D)、海法(E)为材料,通过其自然降温条件下叶片含水量、叶绿素、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量和膜脂透性等生理指标的研究,探寻白三叶品种在新疆秋季自然降温的响应规律。结果表明:随着温度的自然降低,5份白三叶种质叶片含水量和叶绿素含量均呈降低趋势;丙二醛、可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量均呈逐渐上升的趋势,而电导率则先减小后增加。其中,C,D和E品种的叶绿素含量降低要晚于A、B约10d。综合分析5份白三叶品种,A、B对降温的耐受性优于其他品种。
Five white clover germplasms(A and B from Nanshan of Urumqi City,C and D from Changji and Hutubi respectively,and Haifa as E)was used to study their responses to natural temperature decrease.The tested materials were sampled every 10 days from August 17 to September 26 in 2015 and the physiological indexes including the content of leaf water,chlorophyll,malondialdehyde and soluble sugar and membrane lipid permeability were measured.The results showed that along with the temperature decrease in autumn,the contents of water and chlorophyll in leaf of 5 materials decreased;the contents of malondialdehyde,soluble sugar and free proline increased gradually;while the trend of the conductivity were reduced firstly and then increased.In addition,the chlorophyll contents of C,D and E reduced later than that of A and B for about 10 days.Comprehensive analysis of 5 germplasms showed that the tolerance of A and B to temperature decrease was better than the other.
