据相关数据显示,2017年全球手机出货量超14.6亿部,其中,国内市场手机出货量达4.6亿部,约占全球的31.5%。随着智能手机的飞速发展,庞大的市场需求量,也推动了手机外壳模具工艺的不断更新换代。文章首先介绍我国手机外壳模具加工工艺发展历程和应用现状,并对各种模具工艺材料对比,最后探讨未来该工艺的发展趋势。
In 2017, more than 1.46 billion mobile phones were shipped globally, including 460 million in the domestic market, accounting for about 31.5 percent of the world's total, according to the data. With the rapid development of smart phones, huge market demand has also promoted the constant updating of the mobile phone shell mold technology-. This paper first introduces the de- velopment course and application status of mould processing technology for mobile phone shell in our country, and then compares various die processing materials, and finally discusses the development trend of this process in the future.
