摘要
文章主要对省级土地整治规划总目标、分类指标的分解进行了讲解,阐述了各类指标的分解思路,讲解了指标的分解方法。并以各类指标分解和市级指标分解为例,结合不同因素对指标的影响,综合运用比例法、加权法、修正法对指标进行分解,为规划指标的科学分配提供参考。
This paper mainly explains the decomposition of the general objectives and classification indicators of provincial land renovation planning, expounds the decomposition ideas of all kinds of indicators, and explains the decomposition methods of indicators. Taking the decomposition of all kinds of indicators and the decomposition of munieipal indicators for example, this paper is based on the impact of different factors on indicators, and using the comprehensive use of proportional method, weighted method, and modified method, tries to decompose the indicators, so as to provide a reference for the scientific allocation of planning indicators.
