摘要
本研究采用聚合物光刻方法在铜表面均匀覆盖一层聚合物薄膜,逐步洗脱,分步改性,通过化学修饰获得可用于食品中非法添加的超疏水SERS检测平台。实验主要利用接触角测量仪对材料表面的接触角,弹跳和表面自清洁功能进行表征,同时利用SERS技术对结晶紫信号在疏水表面的增强效果进行分析并成功实现了罗丹明6G的痕量检测。
In this study, a layer of polymer film was evenly coated on copper surface using the polymer photolithography method, and stepwise modification was performed by gradually eluting the polymer. Finally, a superhydrophobie SERS detection platform that can be used for illegal addition in food is obtained through ehemieal modification. The experiment mainly used the contact angle measuring instrument to characterize the contact angle, bouncing and surface self-cleaning function of the material surface. At the same time, the enhanced effect of crystal violet signal on the hydrophobie surface was evaluated by using SERS technology, and the detection of trace rhodamine 6G was successfully achieved.
