摘要
目的探讨小儿手足口病应用综合护理联合健康教育的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月期间收治的100例小儿手足口病患儿的临床资料,通过随机分组分为两组,每组中均包含50例患儿。对照组采用常规儿童护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理联合健康教育干预。比较两组的临床护理效果与患儿家属对护理的满意度。结果实验组有效率为48例(96.00%),而对照组有效率为34例(68.00%),实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001<0.05);实验组患者护理满意度为49例(98.00%),对照组患者护理满意度为41例(82.00%)实验组患儿家属对护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 4<0.05)。结论对小儿手足口病患儿应用综合护理联合健康教育能够提高其治疗效果与患儿家属的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing combined with health education in pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods The clinical data of 100 children with HFMD in this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, each group containing 50 children. The control group adopted routine child care, and the experimental group received comprehensive health care intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical nursing effects and the satisfaction of the patients＇ relatives of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 48 cases（96.00%）, while that of the control group was 34 cases（68.00%）. The experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P=0.0010.05）;the satisfation of the experimental group was 49 cases（98.00%）. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 41 cases（82.00%）. The satisfaction of nursing staff in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P=0.000 40.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing combined with health education to pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease in children can improve the treatment effect and the satisfaction of the family members of the children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
