摘要
目的探讨术中保温护理对手术患者凝血功能与低体温发生率的影响。方法方便选取该院2016年5月—2017年6月行择期手术患者66例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组33例,对照组患者术中接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施保温护理,对两组患者凝血功能及低体温发生率进行观察。结果观察组术中低体温发生率为6.06%,与对照组24.24%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术前TT、PT、APTT、FIB差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后TT、PT、APTT、FIB分别为(12.69±1.21)s、(12.53±1.74)s、(37.59±4.53)s、(2.35±0.52)g/L,与对照组(20.11±1.52)s、(19.86±1.55)s、(48.52±6.32)s、(2.72±0.63)g/L相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中保温护理可有效减少低体温发生,也能保护凝血功能,值得推广。
Objective This paper tries to explore the influence of intraoperative heat preservation nursing on coagulation function and incidence of hypothermia in patients undergoing surgery. Methods 66 patients undergoing elective surgery from May 2016 to June 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected as subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 33 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care during the operation. The observation group performed thermal nursing on the basis of the control group and observed the coagulation function and the incidence of hypothermia in both groups. Results The incidence of hypothermia in the observation group was 6.06%, compared with 24.24% in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in TT, PT, APTT, and FIB between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The postoperative TT, PT, APTT, and FIB in the observation group were（12.69 ±1.21）s,（12.53 ±1.74）s,（37.59 ±4.53）s,（2.35 ±0.52）g/L, and the control group（20.11 ±1.52）s,（19.86±1.55）s,（48.52±6.32）s, and（2.72±0.63）g/L respectively. The differences were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intraoperative heat preservation nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of hypothermia, and can also protect the coagulation function. It is worth promoting.
