摘要
目的研究处于稳定期的中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者接受噻托溴铵治疗的临床效果。方法方便选择2015年9月—2017年10月该院收治的中重度稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者110例,依据接受的治疗分为观察组、对照组,观察组接受噻托溴铵治疗,对照组接受常规治疗,比较效果。结果观察组总有效率为76.36%,对照组为56.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Pa CO2为(43.51±8.87)mm Hg,对照组(54.56±12.13)mm Hg;观察组治疗后Pa O2为(90.45±21.63)mm Hg,对照组为(80.53±14.59)mm Hg(t=5.453 4,2.819 7,P=0.000 0,0.005 7);观察组肺功能指标测定结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中重度稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者接受噻托溴铵治疗能够明显改善患者肺功能、血气状况,提升临床用药效果,值得推广。
Objective This paper tries to study the clinical efficacy of Tiotropium in the treatment of patients with moderate-severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage. Methods Convenient selection from September 2015 to October 2017, 110 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at moderately stable stage in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the accepted treatment. The observation group received tiotropium and the control group received routine treatment, and the results were compared. Results The total effective rate was76.36% in the observation group and 56.36% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the control group and the control group（P〈0.05）. The Pa CO2 was（43.51±8.87） mm Hg in the observation group and（54.56±12.13） mm Hg in the control group; Pa O2 was（90.45±21.63） mm Hg after treatment, and（80.53±14.59） mm Hg in the control group（t=5.4534, 2.819 7, P=0.000 0, 0.005 7）. The lung function index in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with moderate-tosevere stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the lung function and blood gas status of patients with the treatment of tiotropium and improve the effect of clinical medication. It is worth promoting.
