摘要
"文化养老"是实现和满足老干部文化生活的重要途径,通过对承德石油高等专科学校老干部活动中心367位老人的走访调查,从老人的心理需求,身体状况,家庭状况等多方面了解和统计,得出我校老干部文化养老现状与需求,通过制定并开展多项文化服务活动,丰富和完善老干部文化需求,进一步提升我校老干部文化生活质量。
＂Cultural Nursing＂is an important way to meet the spiritual and cultural life of cadres.After an investigation of 367 elderly retired cadres in Chengde Petroleum College on their spiritual needs,physical health,and family situation,this paper states the present situation of culture service in Chengde Petroleum College and the requirements of these old cadres. Then it advocates to further enhance the life quality of the elderly by launching various cultural activities.
