摘要
应用专利分析方法对20年来稀土钨合金相关专利数据进行了统计分析。结果表明:1986-2017年11月8日稀土钨合金相关专利在中国的申请量为85项,有效专利38项,占相关专利总数的44.71%;在审专利12项,占相关专利总数的14.12%;失效专利35,占相关专利总数的41.18%。失效专利中有2项是因专利期限满而终止权利。稀土钨合金相关专利主要为铈钨合金,尤其是铈钨合金作为电极的应用,铈钨相关专利42项。近年来镧钨合金和复合稀土合金的研究越来越受到关注,镧钨相关专利15项,复合稀土钨合金相关专利9项。钇钨合金相关专利8项,镝钨合金相关专利5项,镱钨合金相关专利4项。
In this paper,the patent analysis method is used to analyze the patent data related to the rare earth tungsten alloy in the past 20 years. The results showed that: from 1986 to November 8,2017,the number of patents related to rare earth tungsten alloy in China was 85,effective patents accounted for 38,accounting for 44. 71% of the total,12 patents were accounted for in the total number,14. 12% of the total patents were invalid,and the total number of patents was 35,accounting for 41. 18% of the total number. 2 of the invalidation patents are due to the termination of the patent due to the full duration of the patent. The related patents of rare earth tungsten alloy are mainly cerium tungsten alloy,especially cerium tungsten alloy as the application of electrode,and 42 patents related to cerium and tungsten. In recent years,the research of lanthanum and tungsten alloy and compound rare earth alloy has attracted more and more attention,15 patents related to lanthanum and tungsten,and 9 patents related to rare earth tungsten alloy. 8 patents related to yttrium tungsten alloy,5 patents related to dysprosium tungsten alloy,4 patents related to ytterbium and tungsten alloy.
