摘要
采用实验研究和模型拟合的方法对HAU-M1光合产氢混合菌种的生长规律进行研究,得到混合菌种的生长周期具有非线性的规律且12~72 h菌种增长迅速.Logistic、Gompertz和Bertalanffy模型拟合HAU-M1光合产氢混合菌种的生长曲线,Logistic模型的拟合度最高为0.979 7,其次是Gompertz模型,且各模型拟合的拐点时龄均在HAU-M1的对数生长期,而拐点干质量以Logistic模型最高,为0.228 8 mg/m L,模型拟合值与实验测试值接近.Logistic模型和Gompertz模型可以较好地用于HAU-M1光合菌种生长规律的预测和分析,为保存、改良和开发利用混合菌种进行光合产氢提供可靠的科学依据.
The growth rule of HAU-M1 mixed photosynthetic bacteria is studied by the experimental research and model fitting. The results show that growth cycle of HAU-M1 photosynthetic hydrogen production bacteria is the law of the nonlinear and mixed bacteria grow rapidly from 12 hours to 72 hours. This study applies Logistic,Gompertz and Bertalanffy. The paper reaches of nonlinear growth models to fit and analyze on the growth curve of HAU-M1 mixed bacteria. Logistic shows the best fitting efficiency,followed by Gompertz,and the standard deviation of Gompertz model is the lowest. Growth inflection point are in the logarithmic phase of photosynthetic bacteria. Photosynthetic bacteria weight inflection point of Logistic model is 0.228 8 mg/m L,and model fitting values have a good agreement with experimental values. So Logistic model and Gompertz model can be better used to predict and analyze the HAU-M1 photosynthetic bacteria growth rule. It provides the reliable scientific basis for preservation,improvement and utilization mixed bacteria.
