摘要
股骨颈骨折被称为"尚未解决的骨折",其中不少是生物力学问题。为此研究股骨上端应力状态,对于理论和临床都具有重要意义。本文应用光弹性贴片法这种先进的实验力学手段,对股骨上端的应力状态进行实测,发现在颈内侧为高应力区,颈外侧为低应力区,颈中部为应力稳定区;在股骨上端存在有弯曲、压缩、扭转等生理载荷;改交体位对应力状态影响不大等结果。并探讨了应力状态的内在机制及扭转的生理、病理意义。提醒治疗中要注意扭转所致的病理效应。
The fracture of the femoral neck is regarded as'an unsolved problem'.It deals with many problem of the biodynamics.It is important for both the theory and clinical study to research the stress state of the upper extremity of hte femur with photoelastic cortex which is an advanced method of experimental mechanics.The results show that there is a high stress region in the internal part of the femoral neck,a low stress region in the external pant.There are the physiologic loads of bending,Compression and twisting etc. In the upper extremity of femur and the stress state is only influenced slightly by the changes of the body lo- cation.The writers also discuss the original mechanism of the stress state and the signification of twisting in physiology and pathology,advise that attention must be paid to the pathologies effects causing by twisting.
