摘要
美国"互联网+农业"模式在农业生产端、经营管理领域、流通领域、资金支持领域和农业社会化服务支持体系有不少成功实例。加快中国农业信息化发展,推进农业可持续发展,必须制定规范统一的平台标准、加大网站建设的投入、加大网络所需的硬件设施和网络操作能力的培训到村、组建农业信息化专业人才团队和加快农村以市场为导向的金融改革。
There are many successful practices and cases of the ＂ Internet ＋ Agriculture＂ model throughout the agricultural production,management,circulation,financial support and agricultural socialization service support systems in the United States.To accelerate the development of China＇s agricultural informatization and promote sustainable agricultural development,measures including formulating standardized and unified platform standards,increasing investment in website construction,increasing the training of hardware facilities and network operation capabilities required for the rural network construction,establishing professional talent teams of agricultural informatization,and accelerating rural market-oriented financial reforms.
