摘要
党员干部是新时代带领人民进行伟大斗争、推进伟大事业、实现伟大梦想的重要组织者、推动者、实践者。因此,优化党员队伍结构对于提升党的组织力、执政能力和领导水平具有重要意义。新世纪以来,党员队伍结构呈现发展数量扩大,女党员、少数民族党员发展速度加快,青年党员日益增多,党员学历层次提高等一系列变化。党员结构出现新变化对党员队伍的发展提出新要求:制定党员发展计划并落实、完善党员"准入"和"退出"机制,促进不同群体党员协调发展。
Party members and cadres are the important organizers,promoters and pract-itioners who lead the people to great struggle,advance great cause and realize great drea-m in the new era. Therefore,optimizing the structure of Party members is of great signify-cance to enhance the party＇s organizational capacity,ruling ability and leadership level. Since the beginning of the new century,the structure of Party members has expanded,thedevelopment speed of female party members and minority party members has accelerated,the number of young Party members has increased,and the education level of Party members increased. New changes in the structure of Party members put forward new require-ments for the development of Party members： making party members＇ development plans, implementing and perfecting party members＇ ＂ access＂ and ＂ exit＂ mechanisms,and promoti-ng the coordinated development of Party members in different groups.
