摘要
装配车间的备料管理是影响装配线效率的重要因素。现为解决企业装配车间暂存区现存的备料不准确和物料库位不合理导致的成本浪费问题,通过对企业产线的生产能力及物料需求的综合分析,采用精益思想分析方法,对暂存区的备料量及物料区域库位进行精益规划,通过分析建立关于最佳物料备料量及暂存区规划的数学模型,并利用Matlab求得最佳解,得到暂存区的最佳备料量及最佳物料库位,使在暂存区的管理及配送物料至各对应装配线的运输成本最低。最后以H企业为例,验证方法的有效性。
Stock management in assembly shop is an indispensible factor influencing the efficiency of the assembly line. To solve the cost problem caused by assembly workshop staging area inaccuracies preparation and the unreasonable location of material staging area,comprehensive analysis of the production line capacity and material requirement,use the lean thinking analytical method to plan the material stock quantity and staging area location,establish the mathematical model about the best quantity of material preparation and planning staging area location,use Matlab obtain optimal solution,get the best stock quantity and the best material staging area location,make the cost of staging area management and transport lowest.Taking H company as instance to verify the effectiveness of the method.
