摘要
技术预测在政策制订及规划制订中发挥着非常重要的作用,如何通过文献数据对其进行辅助研究也是学者一直关注的重点之一。通过CNKI数据库2000-2017年育种论文信息的检索,对其关键词进行统计与Cite Space可视化分析,揭示育种在山西省农业科研机构的研究轨迹及规律,并对研究重点进行总结分析。经过检索发现:山西省农业科研机构育种研究主要以小团队为主且相互之间合作强度较弱;截至2017年12月31日,科研人员共发表期刊文献1 174篇,其中发表于《山西农业科学》的期刊占29.87%,核心期刊仅占所有发表文献的24.19%,表明山西省农业科研机构研究质量与成果撰写质量有待提高;山西省农业科研机构内部合作强度弱,例如山西省农科院小麦研究所、玉米研究所是育种研究的主力军,但与农科院内部机构合作较少,相反与外部单位合作比较密切。Cite Space可视化分析结果表明:农作物抗旱育种、种质资源创新与选育、分子标记辅助育种是农业科研机构近年来也是未来一段时间内的重点研究领域。
Technical forecast plays a very important role in policy formulation and planning. How to use literature data to assist research is also one of the focuses that scholars have always paid attention to. Based on the information retrieval about breeding papers through the CNKI database during 2000-2017 years, this paper analyzed their keywords and made the CiteSpace visualization analysis, which revealed the research trajectory and the law of breeding in the agricultural research institutes in Shanxi province, and summarized the research focus. It showed that the breeding research in Shanxi's agricultural research institutes was mainly based on small teams and the intensity of cooperation among them was weak; as of December 31 in 2017, researchers published a total of 1 174 journal articles,29.87% were published in Shanxi Agricultural Sciences, and core journals accounted for only 24.19%, which indicated that the research and writing quality of agricultural research institutes in Shanxi province need to be improved; the strength of internal cooperation among agricultural research institutes in Shanxi province was weak, like wheat research institute and corn institute were the main forces in breeding research in Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, they did not cooperate with the internal institutions, but work closely with external organizations. The CiteSpace visualization analysis results showed that drought resistance breeding of crops, innovation and breeding of germplasm resources, and molecular marker assisted breeding were key research areas of agricultural research institutions in recent years and in the future.
