摘要
水泥混凝土路面早期裂缝的扩展直接影响了路面的使用寿命,为了研究早期裂缝的扩展规律,基于线弹性断裂力学理论,将应力强度因子作为评价标准,进行路面早期裂缝扩展的三维有限元仿真模拟,探究了裂缝深度、超载以及温度等因素对裂缝扩展的影响。分析结果表明:开裂初期以及超载作用时,裂缝的扩展大部分由KI值决定;高温条件下裂缝没有张开型扩展趋势,超载和低温的共同作用是裂缝在深度上扩展的最主要因素。
The expansion of early cracks of the cement concrete pavement directly affects the service life of the road.In order to study thegrowth law of early cracks, bases on the theory of linear elastic fracture mechanics, and uses the stress intensity factor as evaluation criteriafor pavement three-dimensional finite element simulation of crack propagation simulation.It explored the effect factors of crack depth, tem-perature and overload on the crack propagation.The results show that the crack propagation is mainly determined by KI value at the earlystage of cracking and the overload effect.Under the condition of high temperature, there is no expansion trend of cracks, and the interactionbetween overload and low temperature is the most important factor for crack propagation.
