摘要
目的分析丹红注射液的临床药理作用及应用。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年6月收治的200例心血管疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组行常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用丹红注射液治疗。分析对比两组患者的心功能指标和不良反应情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的心功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的心功能指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的心功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为2.00%,显著低于对照组的9.00%(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液可有效改善心血管疾病患者的心功能,具有活血化瘀、通脉疏络的功效,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical pharmacological effect and application of Danhong injection. Methods 200 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine basis treatment, while the observation group was treated with Danhong injection on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function indicators and adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the cardiac function indicators between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the cardiac function indicators of the two groups were better than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the cardiac function indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 2.00%, significantly lower than 9.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Danhong injection can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with cardiovascular disease, and has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, which is worthy of clinical application.
