摘要
目的探讨戈舍瑞林在腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位剥除手术中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月我院收治的60例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组单纯行腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位剥除手术,观察组在此基础上给予戈舍瑞林治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果观察组的缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间,两组患者的月经周期、经期、月经量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位剥除手术术后应用戈舍瑞林能够更好地预防复发。
Objective To explore the application effect of goserelin in laparoscopic ovarian endometrium ectopic stripping surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomy divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group only received laparoscopic ovarian endometrium ectopic stripping surgery, while the observation group was treated with goserelin on this basis. The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. During the follow-up period, no statistical difference was found in the menstrual cycle, menstrual period and menstrual volume between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse effects of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Goserelin after laparoscopic ovarian endometrium ectopic stripping surgery can effectively prevent postoperative recurrence.
